Radiator Heating Elements

ECO heating element control units help turn home radiators into a fully autonomous heating system with minimal cost, effort and time. Since they are in direct contact with the heat-carrying medium and transfer all their heat to it, they have high efficiency. The most economical heating elements are equipped with a thermostat and an automatic shut-off sensor. They provide a comfortable level of air heating and prevent excess electricity consumption on unnecessary heat.

Heating Elements for Radiator Batteries

Tubular heating elements for radiators are installed in any heat exchangers with an internal chamber filled with liquid. As a result, heating elements are used very widely. They are installed as both primary and auxiliary heat sources. 

Why do you need a heating element control unit?

The control unit is a thermostat for an electric radiator: it switches off the heating element as soon as the coolant in the radiator reaches the set temperature, and switches it back on when it cools down. This both saves electricity and protects the heating element from excessive wear.

The unit is selected to match the power of your heating element — the range includes heating elements of 390, 650, 910, 1300 and 1500 W, corresponding to different numbers of sections of the ECOTEPLO Elite radiator.
